More About the Face and Heart Behind Sorted Spaces
As part of our move from New Orleans to Victoria in 2018, I got to meet with a Professional Organizer. That was the first time that I realized organizing could be an actual career. That sparked me to start practicing in my own home which snowballed into starting Sorted Spaces in 2019. I completed the coursework from NAPO - The National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals - and started Sorted Spaces.
I quickly realized that, while organizing and decluttering, I needed an option somewhere in between donation / trash and keeping everything. I had personally been using Poshmark for several years to sell my gently used and unwanted items. A client asked me to sell some things for her and it turned out great for both of us. Typically, I recommend donating large quantities of unused items to get it out of your way. If that isn’t a feasible option, or if you have high value items, we definitely have an option for consignment!
In addition to Organizing, I offer consignment services for your unwanted items. I also have a fully furnished short term rental here in Victoria!

In college, I worked in the hospitality industry in a restaurant / bar / concert venue. I always loved customer service and knew I would find my way back to it. Like a lot of people, my husband and I dabbled with the idea of rental properties. We bought our first in 2020 and it was a bust! We spent about 6 months looking for a tenant before an opportunity arose where someone needed a furnished rental. I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger and furnish out our townhouse. It has been such a great experience. I love helping people and getting to provide some of the hospitality that I fondly remember!

My name is Brittany Stauts. I began organizing as a hobby in 2017, Since then, organizing has become my passion, and occupation! My background is in Psychology so I have a deep understanding of how physical clutter can trigger anxiety and have negative consequences on mental wellbeing. I love helping people in their homes. I offer services ranging from unpacking and starting up to major decluttering.
Each customer is unique. I look forward to speaking with you to develop a plan for your home!

We offer unpacking, organizing, sorting, and decluttering. Projects are charged by the hour and we will organize your office, closet, pantry, playroom, bedroom, paper - anything you need!
Consignment
Consigning was a very natural progression for us after we began organizing. We always recommend donating items that are not serving you anymore.
Hospitality
We are a proud Airbnb Superhost of a fully furnished 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome for short or long-term rental stays in Victoria, TX. Private one car garage, private patio, and shared pool.
